How do I Sign Up as a new member?
Signing up as a member of the Tortola Sports Club is a 2 step process - you activate your Sporty HQ account and then you select a membership package for the club.
| Visit the Tortola Sports Club website, choose the Login option from the site menu and choose Sign Up |  |
| Enter your full name and an email address, agree the terms of service and click Sign Up |  |
| A notice will advise that an activation email has been sent to you. |  |
| The activation email contains an activation link. Click this link to begin your account activation. |  |
| Complete your account setup by adding a Username, adding other profile information and then click Continue. |  |
| You will now be taken to your new Dashboard. This is where you will manage your account. To start, click the Overview Page |  |
| Click Renew Membership on the overview page. |  |

Now follow the 4 step Wizard to review your profile information, select a plan, agree the club's terms and conditions and pay. First, review your profile information and then click Continue |

Next Select your plan and click Continue |
 |

Next review and accepts the Terms and Conditions and then click Continue |
 |

Finally, pay for your membership. |

Important It is very important that your now update your profile to Enroll in Sports that match your membership selection. This will allow you to book courts if you have applied for any of the racket sports plans. Click My Profile on your Dashboard |

Click Edit My Profile |

Click Enrolled Sports |
 |
|
Click on the sports you wish to Enroll in to add them to your Sports & Rankings list |

How do I Renew my Membership?
Renewing your membership online provides a convenient method for this process but if you unable to use this option or prefer not to then you can also renew your membership in person at the club.
| As your membership expiration approaches you will receive warning emails and will also see a notice on your Dashboard |

| If you membership ultimately expires your access to club services will be limited and you will see a notice on your Dashboard |

| You can click the "Renew Membership" button to begin the renewal process. The same renewal controls are also shown on your overview page. Click the link to access your Overview page. |

To begin the renewal process click either of the "Renew Membership" buttons. Step 1 - review your User Details and then click "Continue" |

Step 2 - select your Membership plan and then click "Continue" |
|

Step 3 - review the club Terms and Conditions and if you agree to accept these tick the check boxes and then click "Continue". |

Step 4 - enter your payment information and then click "Continue". |
