About Us
The Tortola Sports Club was founded in the early seventies to establish a club where both tennis and squash could be played not just for sport and fun but also as an outlet for work related stress.
Ken Adamson, who served as the first President was instrumental in negotiating the Tortola Sports Club acquisition of the property at Pasea in 1972 and in getting the first squash court built in 1974. A second court was added five years later.
The Tortola Sports Club now boasts 4 floodlit hard court tennis courts, 4 indoor squash courts - the 2 newest world-class courts convert to a doubles court, an air-conditioned gym and a club house with all amenities.
The Club hosts an Annual General Meeting where committee positions are voted on by the members of the club. These positions are voluntary with the committee providing direction for the upcoming year.
